CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATIONS

       Non-library programs involving the sale, advertising or promotion of products or services.
       Business firms and other for-profit organizations soliciting or selling products or services.
       Private social functions, such as showers, birthday parties, dance groups, and music rehearsals.
       Programs which would interfere with the library’s operation by causing excessive noise, a safety hazard, and/or security risk.

► There is no charge for the use of the room.  Free WIFI is available.

► Please consider set up and clean up times when booking.

► Groups can reserve the conference room online, by selecting a date from the calendar below, or by phone at 608-827-7401.

			Meeting attendees are encouraged to park in the 24 hour parking lot behind the library.  The lot adjacent to the library is only 2 hour parking, and is enforced.
