Pakistani Dinner with Huma Siddiqui
Huma Siddiqui returns to the library for another live cooking demo. On the menu will be:
Fish Stew - Cod stew with red onions, red peppers, cilantro, Sajji Masala and coconut milk.
Pulao Rice - Basmati rice with green peas and green onions.
