Book Bunch & Lunch: The Last Kids on Earth (Grades 2-7)

Tuesdays, June 11 - July 16th

Bring your lunch and join Ms. Katie as we read The Last Kids on Earth  battling zombie hordes, winged wretches, and the dreaded vine thingies along the way! Thirteen-year-old Jack has been surviving in his tree house since the apocalypse began, but he quickly learns he can't do it on his own. Can his newly formed team of his dorky best friend, the old school bully, the fiercest girl Jack knows, and his pet monster Rover beat the odds and destroy the terrifying Blarg?

Please note this book contains some fantasy violence and scenes that may be scary for younger audiences. 

Each week will include an activity based on that week's readings. The final week will conclude with a live-streamed interview with the author Max Brallier.
