'Tween Book Club: Miracle Season (Ages 9-12)

Persephone has never met a plant that wouldn't grow for her. But after an accident that leaves her brother with an irreversible brain injury, a fight with her once best friend, and all of her lies piling up, Persephone is stuck. When she finds an unfinished application submitting their town, Coulter, Wisconsin, to a famous makeover show with a huge monetary prize, she forges her brother's signature and sends in the application.
