Middleton's City Hall, Library, and Senior Center buildings are outdated, inefficient, and lack adequate space to meet today's needs. Previous studies dating back to 2014 have shown significant building deterioration, rising maintenance costs, and barriers to accessibility. This project aims to create a right-sized, sustainable, and financially responsible Community Campus to serve the growing and changing needs of the community.
