FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who?: Home Delivery Service is available to Middleton residents who cannot come to the library.
What?: Any circulating item may be checked out and delivered.
When?: Deliveries are made on the weekend of the first full week of the month.
How long?: Items are checked out for one month (4 weeks) at a time.
How many?: As many items as you would like! (And can fit in our modestly sized delivery bags).
Cost?: Delivery service is 100% free. There are no fees for overdue items. However, the library does charge replacement costs for lost or damaged materials. See our Circulation Policy for more details.
How do I sign up?
Patrons have the option to:
(1) Print and fill out the Home Delivery Service Application and bring it to the library, or
(2) Contact the library to request a Home Delivery Service Sign Up and Preference Application be sent directly to the patron’s location.
Participants will need a valid library card. If you do not have a library card yet, contact Megan O'Keefe at 608-827-7405 or publicservices@midlibrary.org and she can assist you with getting a library card.
Patrons may cancel services at any time.
