Middleton Public Library's Self Checkout Stations and Circulation Desk can scan library barcodes from smart phones when checking out items.  There are wallet apps available that will let you scan and store your library card, or you can simply take a close-up picture of your card with your smart phone. 

We also can provide you with an image, if you submit the form below.  You will be emailed an image similar to the one pictured to the right.  You can store the image on your smartphone in a convenient album or place.
