The Madison Community Foundation accepts Online Donations to Middleton Public Library Endowment, or send checks made out to the Middleton Public Library Endowment directly to the library, Attn: R. Light.

Donations made to the South Central Library System Foundation impact the library's most immediate needs related to special projects, services, and the facility.
