TEEN VOLUNTEERS

The Middleton Public Library is delighted to have such a dedicated group of teen volunteers!

Virtual Volunteer Options:

Teen Advisory Committee (T.A.Co) meets once a month and gives recommendations on materials to purchase, possible programs, and any changes you would like to see in the Teen Section of the library.  All teens are welcome. We meet virtually via Zoom on the first Monday of the month. Members also participate in a virtual book club and receive their own copies of the book. Please register via our online calendar.

Online Book Reviews: Submit a one page book review to khudson@midlibrary.org to receive one hour of volunteer credit. Reviews may be posted to our site.

Future In Person Volunteer Opportunities:

Weekly Volunteers:  Regular volunteers come in for an hour once a week.  Duties may vary, but generally include: shelving, making posters for upcoming events, photocopying, cutting, helping set up/clean up for programs.  Please ask for a volunteer form at the Circulation Desk if interested, and choose which options sound most appealing to you!

Summer Reading Assistant:  Register participants for the Summer Reading Program and explain details, award prizes and assist with events.

We appreciate all your help!
